The Animas River

Its not very deep. If it were, it might not be as pretty. Part of the charm comes from the preponderance of protruding rocks catching the passing streams, causing bubbles and rivulets and patterns to catch the light.  This river which must have carved a canyon in the rocks forms a lovely backdrop for the ride of the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.

While everyone else was taking pictures of the train, I was taking pictures of the pretty Animas River.
Scrapped here using Jen Maddocks Autumn Delight Photo Masks.  I used the masks with some pretty papers from Jen Maddocks Pocket of Posies, frames from Tooth Fairy Dreams, and a few elements.  Another quick scrap.
