Ocean City Hydrangeas

It seems hydrangeas like the moist windy salty climate that makes up the East Coast shore towns.

I remember being surprised at seeing beautiful hydrangeas in Atlantic City, New Jersey, yet equally surprised at finding them in Ocean City MD.

This lovely batch is along the side of the house at 12703 Assawoman Dr (yes this is the real name of the street...tee hee!).

And on the way to the beach, another batch, along with black-eyed susans, the state flower of Maryland.

Here's Molly (age 7), who clearly knows how to pose for a picture!
