Friday Night ACEO Trio

It's challenging to learn to work in the space of an Artist Trading Card, and at the same time I am challenging myself to learn how to make collages. Sometimes it is easier to work in a series, and spread the message out over a couple of cards, like in this series...

the dreamer, the lover, and the flower child,
la rêveuse, l'amoureuse, et l'enfant de fleur...

la rêveuse. Diane Weber, 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"

l'amoureuse, Diane Weber, 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"

l'enfant de fleur, Diane Weber, 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"

The clue I keep in mind came from a fellow collaging colleague...4 layers. So in all these cards, there is a background layer, stamped, then a photo, stamped or embellished, paper elements, like the clock faces, the typewriter letters and the dictionary excerpts, then a final embellishment layer - brads, stamped images and crystals...simple :-)
