ACEOs for Christmas!

Hopefully the tradition of sending holiday cards will not become passe. It's not something I ever do with enthusiasm, but that's because it can be so bland. If I had the time, I would like to make holiday cards for everyone, something artsy, perhaps a collage, perhaps an ACEO.

Knowing the possibilities, I feel so boring and uncreative placing a plain store bought card into an envelope and sending it off without any personalization.

So here's an idea...ACEOs for Christmas cards.

This one is pretty simple..a folk art type Christmas tree made in cute green polka dotted fabric on a rich red background, outlined with satin stitching and accented with gold fairy frost balls.

Oh Tannenbaum 1, Diane Weber, 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"

But then, tuck it into a penny sleeve and mount it onto a beautiful blank card with clear photo corners.

Next step might be to decorate the background of the card a bit more, so stay tuned!
