Chagall's Yellow Window ACEO

I love working with yellow in my artwork. I love it in quilts, I love it in mosaics, I love it in ACEOs. Although red is a more vibrant color, yellow is easier for me to work with...there is a lot more variety of tint and tone available without crossing over the color boundary.

Here is the next in my series on Chagall's stained glass windows, the yellow Zion Window. Lots of carefully selected sections of hand dyed fabrics provided a whole range of yellows, with a touch of red and blue.
